Responsibilities

  • Crafting cocktails & serving wine that perfectly complement our gelato offerings.

  • Serving our patrons on our sunny patio, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.

  • Scooping our array of gelato flavors with precision and finesse.

  • Assisting with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations from sunrise to sunset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in providing top-notch service and hospitality.

  • Supervise team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.

  • Support in training and development of team members.

 

Qualifications

  • Smart serve required

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.

  • Availability to work throughout the summer season including evenings, weekends, and holidays
